The Borough of Edinboro Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 6:00 pm being a continuance to the Sept 7, 2022 public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Edinboro Municipal Building located at 124 Meadville Street, Edinboro, PA to consider the following appeal:
Appeal: Arik S Quam & Becky A Kass, Owners of 807 Lakeside Dr (11-001-009.0-11.00) are requesting relief of required rear setback (minimum 20’) to 10’ for attached garage and relief of maximum lot coverage (50%) to 64.286% per requirements of Borough Ordinance 27-307-1 Table
and Ordinance 623.
