Join the McCandless Environmental Advisory Committee for rain garden workshops to be held on August 30, September 6 and September 13 from 6:30 p.m. to dusk.
Learn how rain gardens work and help restore the Town's rain gardens. Learn to identify beneficial plants as well as invasive plants. Participants should wear long pants, sleeves and closed-toed shoes. Tools and refreshments provided.
This will take place at the parking lot by the McCandless/Northern Allegheny Heritage Center on Aufman Lane (off Grubbs Road).
