The Township will again be sponsoring the annual Fall Creek Clean-up event on Saturday, September 24th, at 9:00 a.m. to remove accumulated litter and debris along both Peters Creek and Piney Fork Creek. Volunteers are needed to assist with the clean-up project.
Anyone who has an interest in participating is asked to meet in the small parking lot located at the intersection of Snowden Road and Peters Creek Road. Plastic bags and gloves will be provided. It is recommended that all volunteers wear boots since the scope of the work will involve both sides of each creek.
