Planning Commission Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the New Freedom Planning Commission on June 20, 2022, 6:00 PM at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Office, 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, Pennsylvania when and where all interested persons may appear and be heard regarding the following:
P.C. Case No. 01-22: Application by Bauernhof Brewing Company, LLC. The applicant is requesting a variance of §225-803 Chart A, permanent sign requirements, to allow a hand painted sign on the front building wall of 224 N. Constitution Ave., New Freedom, PA that exceeds 10 sq. ft. The property is located in the Central Business Zoning District.
Examination of the above application may be made at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Building at 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, PA 17349 during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
