The Churchill Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting and public hearing on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Building for the Borough located at 2300 William Penn Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15235 and via electronic remote connection with a link for public participation at www.churchillborough.com, on the following matter:

The application of Rodi Maple Devco, LLC (Parcel #451-N-375) requesting:

A special exception under Zoning Ordinance Section 304-21(M) to allow the use of a billboard in the C-2 Commercial District;

A variance from Section 304-21(M)(1), requesting an increase in sign face area from 250 square feet to 378 square feet; and

A variance from Section 304-21(M)(2)(g) to permit a street right of way setback of two (2) feet instead of the minimum setback of 100 feet.

The Board will consider any other matters that come before the Board.

The above application may be reviewed at the Borough’s Municipal Building, 2300 William Penn Highway, Pittsburgh, during regular business hours (8:00 am-4:00 pm).

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the Board. Any unfinished business at the end of this public hearing will be continued to a future hearing date.
