The Borough of Aspinwall observes this holiday with a tribute to those who have served and that are presently serving the country in military service . A Memorial presentation will begin at the Aspinwall American Legion Post 77 at 11:10 am. Following this ceremony there will be a parade beginning at 12:00 pm. The Parade Route will take place on the following streets: Commercial Avenue, to Eastern Avenue, to Second Street, to Virginia Avenue, to Fourth Street, to Western Avenue, to First Street, to Center Avenue, to Commercial Avenue, to American Legion Post 77.
