Winter Weather Advisory issued February 17 at 3:51PM EST until February 19 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4
inches.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania, east
central Ohio and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest of snow will likely fall
before/during the morning commute.

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
