Flood Watch issued June 22 at 7:05PM EDT until June 22 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cumberland, Franklin, Fulton,
Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin, Northern Centre, Northern Clinton,
Northern Lycoming, Perry, Potter, Snyder, Southern Centre,
Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga and Union.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- An area of showers and thunderstorms will continue to produce
locally heavy rainfall from repeat thunderstorms. This could
result in localized rainfall totals of 3 to 4 inches which
would cause flash flooding.
