Special Weather Statement issued June 14 at 2:10AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 210 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Bridgeville to West Mifflin to near West
Newton to near Uniontown. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Monroeville, Greensburg,
McKeesport, Uniontown, Jeannette, Latrobe, Connellsville, West
Mifflin, and Baldwin.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 42 and 57.
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 57 and 95.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 52 and 54.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 AM EDT for
southwestern Pennsylvania.
