Flood Warning issued May 7 at 3:10AM EDT until May 7 at 3:15AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

The Flood Warning will expire at 315 AM EDT early this morning for a
portion of southwest Pennsylvania, including the following area,
Westmoreland.
Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
