Winter Storm Watch issued January 14 at 3:02PM EST until January 17 at 1:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Heavy snow and some ice accumulations possible. Total
snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches and ice accumulations of a
light glaze possible.
* WHERE...York County.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow could mix with or change to ice Sunday
night into early Monday morning. A light glaze of ice is
possible. The wind will get gusty Sunday night with gusts into
the 30s possible.
There is the potential for significant winter weather that may
impact travel.
